Updated KPI definitions and submission guidance for 2018 to 2019

Updated newborn hearing screening standards published

We have reviewed and updated the NHS Newborn Hearing Screening Programme standards. The updated 2017 to 2018 NHSP standards have an implementation date of 1 April 2018.
