PHE Screening Helpdesk – Using information to improve service
The Screening helpdesk answers thousands of queries. It uses data gathered from this to help improve our services.
Andrianna commenced her role as Screening Helpdesk Manager in April 2013. She brought a wealth of experience to the Helpdesk having joined the UK NSC in April 2010 as QA Project Manager for the UK NSC where she assisted the QA Lead in the development & delivery of a QA programme for the English Screening Programmes. Prior to that, Andrianna worked as a project officer for the National Cancer Peer Review Programme where she was responsible for providing project support for the programme.
Andrianna enjoys, socialising with family and friends, travelling and keeping fit.
