She started working in the screening department in 2005 and became the Screening Coordinator at Northampton General Hospital (NGH) NHS Trust in 2009. In 2015 she completed her MSc – Leadership in Healthcare. Andrea and the screening team at NGH are dedicated to continually evaluating and improving standards.
