I'm Dr Anne Mackie, Director of Screening at PHE. This is our first letter to GPs in England. We know you're busy – we plan to send just 2 of these a year. They contain the most important screening news and updates for GPs.
The first one covers:
- management of women aged 20-24 with abnormal vaginal bleeding
- PSA testing
- staying in touch with screening developments
- current policy consultations
If you're interested in screening, and would be willing for us to contact you directly once or twice a year when we need to get the views of primary care about a particular screening development, then we're also asking if you can leave us your details.
