Fetal anomaly screening update meeting so helpful for sonographers
The recent national FASP screening support sonographers meeting was both informative and helpful, says midwife sonographer Lis McNulty.
Lis McNulty is a Midwife Sonographer by day and Rainbow Leader by night. She is also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant which means she has an expert qualification in infant feeding. Lis has worked for Northumbria Healthcare NHS Trust for the past 16 years and was delighted to undertake the training to become a Sonographer about 5 years ago. She has been the Deputy Screening Support Sonographer for Northumbria Healthcare since 2016. She is passionate about providing high quality, patient-centred care and ensuring families have all the information they need to make informed decisions about their care.
